Description: Minimum booking hours: 12 hours, Sample characterizing temperature Range: 80 K – 500 K, Measurement: Crystal structure determination and electron density mapping.

The instrument is used to measure single crystal XRD at various temperature (80K – 500K) using liquid nitrogen. Due to its high operating power even very small crystals can be measured (crystal size 0.1 to 0.5 mm).

The instrument is used to measure single crystal XRD data at various temperature (80 K – 400 K) using liquid nitrogen. Detector distance can be changed depending on the requirement (crystal size 0.3 to 0.5 mm).
