Research Interest

• Nanostructures for electronics: Heterojunction nanowires/nanorods for gas sensing, photo-switching and resistive switching memory applications.

• Nanostructures for electrochemical energy generation and storage: Heterojunction nanostructures of transition metal oxides, transition metal dichalcogenides for solar water splitting, batteries (nickel-iron, Li-ion, Na-ion) and asymmetric supercapacitors.
